Grievance Redressal System

Module Functionality Description

An application for capturing the grievances from Public, Staff and others. Also, escalating the grievances to the respective teams for resolution of the grievances based on the defined SLAs.
1. Capturing caller details like caller number, name, type of grievance (EMT/ Pilot related grievance, Service-related grievance) etc.
2. Integrated Incident Search for tagging the grievance to an incident id.
3. Capturing the Grievance details like Date and time, issue type (Staff related, bribe related, infrastructure related etc.), description of grievance etc.
4. Escalation of the grievances to the respective teams (District Managers, Zonal Managers, Fleet Managers etc).
5. Reports on the Pending Grievances and closed grievances can be pulled using this application.
