b.Scheduling insights & utilization reporting: See how often vehicles or drivers were assigned during a given time period. Report on assignment durations, mileages & schedule utilization across your fleet.

4.Vehicle Location History

a. Track your vehicles based on their daily activities: Registered fleet vehicles are constantly on the move. In application, we can easily see where they’ve been based on tasks and activities performed throughout the day— vehicle inspections, fuel ups, GPS tracking data and service work.
b.Integrate your fuel cards and telematics devices for even more location insight: We can see our vehicles in the field— where they fuel up and GPS locations, helping us to make the most of our drivers’/pilots and vehicles’ time.

5.Fleet Operational Reports:

a. History of status changes (in-shop, out-of-service, etc.), Audit trail of changes to all asset records (service, parts, issues, etc.)

c. Unlock fuel consumption trends and efficiency. Report on vehicle/ fleet fuel performance in aggregate, by location or by vehicle in your preferred unit of measurement: L/100km, km/L. Spot deficiencies, get alerted to potential fuel theft.
d. Ensure your fleet is safe and compliant: Find out who’s completing required inspections, ensure in-service vehicles are being inspected regularly and spot common defects across your fleet.
e. Know where your parts are at all times: Track part locations down to the aisle, row and bin number. You can even see which parts are used on each vehicle, making it easy to keep track of and report on inventory. i.e. Purchase order expenses by vendor, Current inventory levels by location, see which parts are being used by specific vehicles and equipment.
